Refund Policy

Free trial first
Every new account receives one free revamp so you can test the service before buying credits or a subscription.
Digital services
Revamped.cv provides digital resume analysis, AI generation, templates, exports, credits, and subscription access. Once a credit is used or a revamp/export has been generated, that digital service is considered consumed.
When refunds may be considered
We may consider a refund where you were charged in error, charged twice for the same purchase, could not access a paid purchase due to a fault on our side, or where South African consumer law requires a remedy.
When refunds are generally not provided
We generally do not refund used credits, completed AI revamps, generated downloads, dissatisfaction with a hiring outcome, failure to get interviews, or a change of mind after using the service.
Subscriptions
Subscription revamps are monthly usage allowances. They reset each billing cycle and unused subscription revamps do not roll over. You may cancel future subscription renewal access where subscription management is available. Cancellation does not automatically refund past periods, used revamps, unused monthly allowance, or already-consumed access.
How to request a refund
Send your account email, payment reference, date of payment, and reason for the request through the support/contact channel provided by Revamped.cv or 8thWanda. We may ask for more information to verify the transaction.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit non-excludable rights you may have under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
